Great experience to stay in this hotel. 2 inputs from us during stay that need to improve: 1. Water hot water, having shower with no hot water. Bathtube is useless since there is no hot water. 2. Check in time is too late (3pm).

1St time staycation at artotel mangkuluhur I ever stay before as crown hotel. The service really good I ask to early check in because of I should going to gbk at 3 and the staff really helpful. The location really good if you have occasion around semanggi senayan sudirman. The room also good with new ambience clean and cozy. The breakfast really good with many delicious food and also I got the whole apple pear also markisa fruit there really fresh ^ and the breakfast have jamu that 's good for people who like traditional beverage. Don't skip the breakfast btw. Becase of really worth to eat 😁. Thankyou for artotel mangkuluhur & the staff really reccomended place to staycation and will be back again. πŸ˜„ ya πŸ˜„.

Stayed for our wedding anniversarry and we arrived 30 minutes before check in time. While in concierge, guests next to me were able to check in but we had to wait until the room is ready. Turned out they had not prepare our special request yet (Wedding Anniversarry celebration) hahaha! So they prepared the cake and mirror doodle in a rush because once we got to check in, the staff was still inside putting the cake on the table. The room was overall great, we only felt the room need more air freshener. Damp smells were everywhere, however it got better after we lowered the temperature. Also the breakfast food was really good, we just had to wait for 15minutes due to waiting list (full capacity) and didn't get to taste the special breakfast menu (peking duck) since it has run out on 8.30 in the morning.

Every thing just fine. The hotel location is extremely close to city center (semanggi, SCBD, Senayan). Breakfast is OK with lots of variety.

Reception staff was not quick enough during handling check in process-wait too long; The housekeeping was not clean the room although already give sign on the room (second day); Did not respond on our request fr refill in mineral water, coffee and tea although we stay 2 days. Bad experience especially on 4/5 star hotel.

Seems reception staff are overwhelmed when there is a rush of guests checking in. Room is clean, bed comfortable but room smells a bit musty and damp. Dining room during breakfast on weekends are definitely understaffed.
