Maya is a very comfortable hotel to stay. The staffs are very friendly & kind. Combining between uniqe architecture, greenery and sea view, the place is incredible. Enjoying breakfast and afternoon tea at rooftop restaurant is my favorite. Free yoga program with many choices of time and its afternoon tea is definitely makes me want to just stay at the hotel. Maya is a hotel where I want to stay, not just to sleep. Thank you to the hospitality of front office, spa staff, yoga teacher and restaurant staff. Keep it even in busy days. One more thing, this hotel is also comfortable for working. A working desk is available in the room and the hotel location is near many good restaurants just in minutes of walk.

Always pleasant staying in here and their room is so beautiful. This time we got upgraded one time. Hopefully next we can get double upgrade, since we already experienced triple upgrade, because we really want to try the lagoon. Thank you

It was my first experience visit to sanur beach with my family, and we make a great decision to stay @ maya sanur, everything was perfect, begin we came until check out we get excellence service and a lot of smile from the staff, the healthy protocol is good, really safe if you travelling with your kids, the room is very clean and big, so many channel television, the main pool and the view is very beautiful when the sunrise, breakfast is enough in the pandemic situation we can still get the delicious food, and don't forget to use your free voucher of photograph in hotel area. Overall it was good but we're a bit dissapointed because the room its not soundproof at all. Also unlucky us, the kids from our neighboor was really really loud. And it was really annoying cause they tried also to open the connection door so many times.
Also when we come, the remote was broken and the water heather also. And the house keeping forgot to refill our coffee cups on the second day. But it solved only with easy one call, they fixed it. So the service was excellent here.👍🏻
When we visited the pool. There was so many kids, and they were really loud. Its almost everyone that swimming they're only kids.
But don't get me wrong. This is a really great and really beautiful resort. Only maybe this is more like family resort and not a couple resort.

Our first time stay in Sanur and it was perfect because we chose the right hotel, I. E., Maya Sanur. The room was big enough for us and the kids and they have kids club. Direct access to the beach and cafes nearby. The breakfast was incredible and very tasty. We love staying in Sanur and particularly at Maya Sanur.

I booked 2 rooms, request connecting door turned out not to be possible, even the rooms were not next to each other even though I brought elderly people & children. I requested Happy Birthday greetings in the room but there were none. I requested pool access but there were none. So what's the point of requesting on the application if it's just going to be ignored? The pillows are uncomfortable and tend to be flat, there are many spots in the room & hotel that are not clean, dusty and so on. The staff when checking in were not very friendly, not like a 5 star hotel. But then they were replaced by friends who were much friendlier. The room interior is nice, spacious, the bed is also spacious. But for that price with what you get during your stay it doesn't seem worth it.

Nice place to stay when Nyepi in Bali. The hotel staff are friendly and communicative. The food is good, and the facilities are awesome. I tried Yoga in the morning and this was so good!

Spacious room, bring 3 small children to get a sofa bed, spacious bathroom with 2 sinks, spacious balcony, calm atmosphere, a little suggestion for the kids club to be open all the time from morning to evening so that children can come in at any time when they are bored in the room.

The hotel is great. Less points but. 1. The hot water boiler at the hotel has an error that it can't turn off, so when I turn it off my finger gets hot blisters (room 405) please replace it immediately for fear of getting hit by children. 2. There is no late check out at all.

Excellent hotel and since they upgraded me to Lagoon Suite it made the whole experience way better as it has a very close access to the beach and restaurant. Best sunrise experience just a couple steps from our room. This hotel will be the top of my family list when visiting Sanur. Thanks Maya!

Beautiful room, very lush setting, it's evident the design of the resort was well planned and considerate of the environment. Loved the beach access and quaint spot we were in. Really enjoyed my stay here! Look forward to returning and having more Toblerone martinis.
