a comfortable hotel, close to the beach that feels like a private beach, super duper friendly service, even if you come in the middle of the night, it's just that there is a slight smell that makes it uncomfortable, maybe because the location is close to the garden.

A very recommended place to stay. The ambience was very peaceful, the staff are very nice & helpful. I booked studio junior suite room which is very clean, spacious, with complete kitchen equipment, and also there is a sofa bed. A very generous kind of hotel 👏res

From the start, check-in was problematic. They didn't know we had a booking. We arrived at 8 pm, but none of the rooms were ready. We had to wait 2 hours for the room to be ready. I want to upgrade to the Kamat type, I don't know the price. Breakfast is also a problem, given the room package menu. But we can only take 1 menu and not a package. If you take fruit, just fruit, if you take omelette, just omelette. Where is the name of the package, it means 1 set. There is a main course + dessert + drink. The staff doesn't know the product and is rude. Their complaining guests were even angrier than us. What a bad service I've ever stayed! We booked 5 rooms, and all rooms are spooky!

Untuk tempat masih ok, cuma suasananya agak spooky sedikit ya karena bangunan tua yang berantakan, bikin takut banget kalau tengah malem harus keluar kamar. But overall pelayanan stafnya membantu banget! Komplen AC tidak dingin langsung sigap untuk pindah kamar.

The swimming pool is clean, the room next to it is being renovated so there's a lot of dust, the breakfast is a bento system, maybe because of the pandemic it's so quiet. I missed my blanket but the hotel didn't tell me anything. But overall it's worth it, the price is that much, bo murce.

Hotel ini sangat nyaman dan cukup bersih. Sarapan enak. Meskipun karena pandemi Pulau Bali jadi sepi, tetapi pelayanan di sini tetap memuaskan dan sangat mengikuti protokol kesehatan. Next kalau ke Bali, pasti mampir kesini lagi.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is also spacious. The pantry and equipment are very complete. There is a large sofa that can be converted into an extra bed, just ask the hotel staff for help. The hotel environment is also clean even though when my family stays the only hotel guests, but the pool is always cleaned. For breakfast it tastes really ordinary. But it doesn't matter, after all in the room there is a stove so you can cook indomie. Hehehe

The rooms are spacious, clean, facilities such as villas, there are refrigerators, stoves complete with kitchen equipment, so we can cook lightly there. There is a sofa that can be used for a bed so it is suitable for families, breakfast is simple but pleasant. The swimming pool is clean and quite spacious.
