The staff was not friendly, I've got the room 305, then while I'm inserted the card the lighting and electrical equipment was not turn on, so I report the receptionist by general telephone near the lift at 3rd floor, but cannt connect to the staff. Then I go down to lobby floor and reported to the staff. Then the staff ask me to wait in front of my room, so I go back again to my room and waited the staff repair my cabin. So to the management please prepare all the room before ready in service.

The hotel needs to improve the cleanliness. We were not sure if the bed sheets was clean or not, seeing the color of it. Some spots also looks unclean. Lightings also needs to be changed. Booked double non smoking but when arrived the rooms were unavailable, changed into twin bed.

Kamar luas dan kasur besar, namun ac tidak dingin, ada nyamuk di kamar. Hanya dapat refill minum air putih 2 botol, lebih dari itu kena charge.

Agak menyesal sih nyobain bintang 4 di merbabu, biasany sllu bintang 3 di jkrta and langganan hotel bintang 4 dpn mall persis. Nyobain dsni fasilitas TV nya ampun bgt dah, wifi jg parah hilang2an, mau main game aja ngelag patah2 mulu, pake data sndr jg kyk di kunci biar sinyal nya gk bs masuk. Ac nya jg gk ada rasa dingin sma sekali, cb ngetes angin dibwah ac lgsg, jg gk ada hembusan angin nya, 1jam lg mau check out bru berasa dingin nya. Sya perhatikan klo hotel ini spertinya smua org bs masuk tanpa akses lift dr basement parkiran. Selebihnya seperti pelayanan and fasilitas yg tdk sya sebutkan gk ada masalah, Bagus2 aja.
