The staff is so-so, the room floor is carpeted, so it looks unclean. Unfortunately the swimming pool closes at 18:00. Improve the cleanliness of the sheets and towels. Thank you.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is clean. The service is responsive. It's just that the AC is not cool enough, like it's just wind. Maybe the maintenance needs to be paid more attention. Overall it's fun.

so fun staycation in here... check in so easy and quickly, every staff was so humble and the room so clean and the view can see the river's mahakam and city light.
for the food when breakfast time so delicious and have more variaty food... love it
and get welcome drink in skyhouse, such like fine dining on the roof top so i can see the beautiful night light city... so nice🥰🥰
