I moved to the premier because this room was newly available after 2 nights here because the previous room was too small to put our 2 big suitcases and my wheelchair also did not have a refrigerator.

Very good hotel for access to the hospital, but not for vacation, no refrigerator facilities in the regular bedrooms.. only in the premier.. for the disable room needs to be corrected.. there are no facilities for the disable room, especially in the bathroom

Along with the funeral home rental, so it is very strategic, compared to renting a room outside of our Harapan Kita hospital. The room is spacious and clean, the check-in process is easy. Recommended for those who have activities at our Harapan Kita hospital

Strategic because it is in the same area as the hospital but needs improvement. Coming from out of town, when we arrived we were given a room that was not ready, we immediately followed up but ended up waiting and couldn't rest right away.

Stay for 2 days for my wife treatment. The staff was quite responsive, and friendly, the breakfast taste good but need more variation. Unfortunately, the AC in the room is not cold even after they cleaned it.

Friendly staff, room & bed are quite clean. TV facilities are sufficient, wifi sometimes likes to load. For the bathroom there is hot water, shower, sink (additionally if necessary provide spare toilet tissue and widen the size - often falls when pulled). The breakfast menu is quite varied - chicken porridge, ayce rice, fruit dessert, cake and sticky rice porridge but the taste can be slightly strengthened. For staying while waiting at the Harkit Hospital, OK is recommended because I have stayed here twice.

Sorry, with the price I chose I thought the room could be better, but it turned out to be less comfortable, the bathroom looked outdated, the sink was leaking, I chose this hotel because I was going to Harkit Hospital for treatment, the distance was indeed close, but the room seemed to need renovation, thank you.

The room was booked for my friend 's fam who need to go to Harapan Kita Hospital. They need to go to other hospital before finishing the stay and the hotel help them with they can. Thanks a lot.

Arrived at the hotel at 2.50 pm, but the room was not ready, told to wait because they wanted to check the room, finally asked again when the room would be ready, the solution was to give a transit room, the reason being that the previous guest had just checked out, even though the check-in schedule was clearly from 2 pm and had been reserved a week before, even though they already knew that there were guests coming. This hotel is in the hospital area, the people who go there are only patients and hospital visitors, they should be on time. Even though they just came from a long trip out of town for 5 hours. Bringing a sick person. Finally after 30 minutes the room was ready. Well from 2 pm, entered the room at 3.20 pm. Too long huh sis, because we have the right to stay from 2 pm.
