Very helpful staff ❤️❤️. Hotel is located in a campus area, so there are lots of shops and food vendors. Sahur nasi liwet is in front of the hotel.

Recommended sharia hotel near UMS campus. Very comfortable to stay here. The plus point is that early check-in is allowed. The hotel is clean, fragrant and always has murotal.

Alhamdulillah the hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. God willing, if I go to Solo, I will come back here again. Book a family room, the room is quite big, additional food for children is only 30k. There is Indomaret and culinary in front of the hotel, it's really amazing, this cheap and comfortable. 👍👍👍👍

Our sahur rations were not shared. If we had been told that sahur would be at a restaurant, it would have been no problem. Even if we weren't told, via I-Phone? The cable is there but under the bed. It's not installed.

second time staying at Mutazzam, this time booking two rooms. However, there was a little discomfort in one of the rooms, where the atmosphere was a bit dark (one of the room lights was off), there were lots of spider webs, and some of the ceramics were broken, so it was a bit dangerous if you trip, I got room 210
For the others, it was still good according to expectations, hopefully there will be improvements in the cleanliness problem in the future.
