Tiba di sore hari front office cewe kyk kurang ramah akhirnya ada staff cowo membantu utk check in dan ksih info klo sarapan di hotel ini start jam 8 pagi, sempet kaget juga kok siang amat mulainya jam 8 dijawab iya disini mulainya jam 8. Dengan sabar kita menunggu di kamar utk sarapan di jam 8 tiba2 dpt telepon ke kmr dr restaurant nanya kita udh sarapan atau belum krn breakfast start jam 6-9 saja. Untungnya staff restaurant tetap friendly dan menyambut kita utk sarapan dan merefill mkaanan yg sudah kosong. Pas check out kasih input ke front office atas miss info soal brekfast dr front office, surprisingly mereka malah menyalahkan itu bukan staff front office tp F&B. Helloow masa iya org F&B malah ga tau start jam breakfast yg bener. Tolong di training lagi utk staff front office nya kyk ga ngerti cara welcoming guest and terima input saran. Berakhir jd complain di apps seperti ini.
