No hot shower, check-in time does not match request (take too long). Is not recommend for traveler or Touris.

Pas mudik lebaran tengah malam karna sudah lelah diperjalanan, cek aplikasi booking hotel ini tanpa sadar ternyata jam 12.15 malam, nyampe dihotel niat istirahat sejenak sebelum melanjutkan perjalanan paginya tapi tidak diijinkan check in samasekali dengan alasan sudah berganti hari dan harus check in jam 12 siang, staff receptionist hanya duduk santai sambil main hp dan tidak peduli alasan saya yang tidak tau kalau itu sudah berganti hari, saya tidak diijinkan check in samasekali walaupun hanya numpang tidur sampai sarapan pagi, alhasil uang saya hangus begitu saja.

Dirty, over-used, and low standard rooms. Loud music from bar until 2am disturbed my sleep. Social Brasserie has friendly staff, good atmosphere and decent food for Pekanbaru. Not recommend staying here.

Very bad hotel, it's in my blacklist now. To start off, receptionist didn't get my booking from app, had to wait 20 mins for him to search during check in. My booking included breakfast, but was not allowed to have one, as receptionist said it was not included. There's only 1 available elevator. Room was rather dirty, smelly, and run down. Had to wait 15 mins for check out, as the receptionist unable to reach the other staff to verify my room was left in good condition. With 500+k per night, many other much better hotels to stay.
