So impressive. I booked for 2 adult & 1 children, and get a very huge bed (larger than the usual king size). I also got free upgrade from mountain view to ocean view. The staffs were polite & helpful. Pool so clean & large

At the check out day the door was locked automatically at 12 o'clock. This makes me feel inconvenience. I just finished my lunch a few minutes after 12 and I could not enter my room.

Bad pelayanan, padahal kita udah ksh tahu bukti kalo lg sakit & dlm perawatan dokter karena DBD, dari traveloka mau bantu buat cancel tapi hotelnya kayak tai. Padahal itu high season, harusnya dg mudah dijual lg & kita konfirmasi juga dr H-4 dan kita cek harga update lbh mahal dr yg kita beli. Ya anggep aja buang siap dah.
