hotel with complete facilities, kids can swim in the sea snorkeling safely because there are many staff supervising. from the city half an hour so it's not too far if for example you still want to eat outside. the playground is also very big.. for breakfast there are also many choices, but unfortunately there is no typical Lampung menu such as pempek..

This is not my first time staying here, it's been 2 or 3 times. This is my first time staying at a 4-star hotel. Here is my feedback: 1. The first time I arrived, arrived at the lobby, dropped off my luggage, none of the security guards or lobby staff took the initiative to help lift it, they asked first before serving me. (during my stays at other hotels, both in Lampung and other cities, there were always staff who took the initiative to come and help lift my suitcase). Maybe Novotel has different standards? 2. The goods were placed on the trolley for almost 30 minutes, no one picked them up and took them to the hotel, I (from the hotel room) called the receptionist and said she wanted to check, in the end I went down to the lobby, I saw that the goods were still there without any guard. Finally I lifted them myself. Just check the CCTV around 4 or 5 when I checked in if you don't believe me. Is it possible that all the staff were busy at that time because I saw there was a TNI event? because I saw that there were indeed several TNI outside. 3. King size room, but double bed (okay, no issue because other hotels have the same model), but the difference is that the double bed is not flat, so there is a gap in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep (see photo). It's like a king size bed that becomes double on the right and left (because the bed in the middle is made uneven, whereas in other hotels it is flat) Again, is the Novotel standard different from other hotels regarding the king size bed (double bed)? 4. Standard breakfast, but for meatballs, it's soft. Other foods are also bland. That's all my feedback.

Big hotel in the heart of Bandar Lampung. Easy access and also has a great view of ocean, you have to choose ocean view room if you want to stay here. Breakfast needs more options or variations, however the taste is OK lah.

Good place, recommended if you want to stay here

The room was clean, nice and the ocean view was great. We stayed there on New Year's Eve, from the room we could see the Lampung fireworks. Novotel Lampung is really cool 👍🏻

Comfortable and staff friendly

I brought my family to stay here for a staycation, with a sea view room with a nice view, comfortable room, lots of delicious food variations, I suggest cleaning the room windows more so that you can see the view more clearly and for clearer photos, overall Novotel Lampung is great😍

I like the hotel, the building is nice, the rooms are nice, the swimming pool is spacious, the breakfast is varied, but bringing a 7 year old child is charged half the price, the parking lot is spacious, the beautiful view facing the sea, and the plus point is holding Friday prayers. The happiest thing is when I got a free room upgrade, thank you Novotel ❤️

It's great to get an upgraded view because you're a member, the food is the best, but the bakso guy is stingy, luckily it's delicious

I have stayed here many times and it has never been disappointing, there is only a little input on why I got a room where the AC often turns itself off even though it is not set on a timer.
