The staff is not friendly, I ordered a standard room on the app but when I got there the room was not available so I paid extra for a better room but the lady explained it in a loud tone with a grumpy face. It turned out the room was really old, the bathroom door couldn't be locked, the sheets were dirty, the TV was broken, the water heater was broken, the cupboard was broken, the walls were yellow.

The price of Rp200,000 was given a room with the excuse that the AC was off, if you want AC you have to add Rp150,000. This is either intentional so that people add, the cheap price on the app is not the customer's fault. Seriously, there are small children in the room without AC, no fan compensation. The fault of the hotel who was told to add guests. Strange.

not according to the application. in the application for standard rooms there are still 3 rooms available. already booked and when checking in it turned out to be overbooked. And only given 2 options upgrade room add 250 or refund. the problem is can not be refunded. not only me people before me also protested about this. please fix it do not let it happen again

The hotel is not responsible. The standard room that has been booked and paid for when checking in is not ready, aka not available. Must upgrade to the class above, deluxe type and charged an additional 100 thousand. Even though it is clearly the fault of the hotel who sold the room on the application but the room was not ready. This means that it is the hotel's responsibility, but it is charged to the guest

zonk. the description doesn't give any information if using a fan. yeah maybe the hotel uses a fan. if it's a guesthouse, it's okay to use a fan. I immediately canceled my stay. this is a scam. can't get a refund anymore, gosh.

Very disappointed, booked a standard room but was given a room in the "basement" 2 floors down from the lobby and was immediately offered a room upgrade as if they already knew the condition of the room was very, very unsuitable, smelled of urine, damp, dirty as if it had not been maintained and cleaned at all. The person before me checked in deposited 50 thousand, I deposited 100 thousand and upgraded the room for 100 thousand from the deposit. Felt a bit cheated. Moving rooms also the shape and facilities of the room were the same, different conditions and floor positions. The shower was broken, there was no bucket and dipper so can I take a shower?

dirty as if it had never been maintained, dusty and insects everywhere, right at the reception we were immediately offered an upgrade (we were asked to check first whether we wanted the room or not, and with the excuse that the room was under maintenance). Of course we asked for an upgrade because it was not suitable for humans to live in at all. Those rooms should no longer be available on Traveloka, only habitable rooms are available. It seemed like we were lied to, in the end we had to upgrade and pay a difference of 100 thousand for the class above.
