The room was not clean, people aren't friendly, they spoke at high pitch and they knocked my room so hard everyday just to deliver the breakfast. They said my room would be cleaned everyday at 8 am but didn't happen, etc.

Friendly and super speedy service if there are problems in the room. Isn't it like the old employees who were bitchy, sis? Alhamdulillah, new employees who are at least friendly? Lack of ordering a deluxe room but right in the hotel you get a superior one, not according to expectations, the others are good!

The room is not according to order because the hotel does not want to serve orders from the Oyo application if you still want the type of room ordered (deluxe). 100,000. Finally given a standard room.
