Dirty room, lots of graffiti on the walls, cigarette butts in the bathroom, no soap, no towels, TV won't turn on, mosquitoes in the room, really regret booking a room at the Burlian Hotel, please make improvements, don't just do it haphazardly.

The room was very dirty and dirty, a lot of hair and stains stuck to the mattress and sheets, the bathroom door had no handle and the key was only closed with used plastic, the floor was also a lot of dust and the smell of cigarette smoke was hard to remove. In the future, hopefully the service will be further improved.

The bed linen had too many stains, that night after seeing the room, we returned the key and looked for another hotel, hopefully in the future there will be improvements.

After checking in at 11 pm because I just arrived from Jakarta, when I entered the room there was no remote ac, dirty mattress, smelly, lots of red spots on the mattress. Finally went straight out again at that time also looking for another hotel.

There are no toilets, towels must be requested first and then given. AC is not cold enough. Other guests are noisy at night. Eh, it turns out that there are girls while we are staying with the family? The door is a hole. Kapok.
