Barusan check in, kamar AC mati dan TV mati dengan kamar yang tidak ada jendelanya sangat panas dan ga ada solusi kamar pengganti dari pihak hotel. Saya tidak melanjutkan check in dan pihak hotel tidak ada ganti rugi.

Stink, dirty, bedsheets look like it never been changed, ac not fully functional.

The air conditioning not working properly and very hot, cover bad very dirty, the rest room property in the flush cover is damage. The floor of rest room very dirty as well. What the hell of facilities this hotel like this. I know this is budgeting hotel but this kind hotel is not certified to using for customer. Tolong pihak management hotel atau owner perhatikan hal-hal fasilitas hotel yang sudah tidak layak dj gunakan mulai dari AC, kamar mandi, kebersihan kamar mandi, lantai kamar, sprei yang banyak bercak, ini sangat menjijikkan sekali.

Kunci pintu susah dilepas, kotor, banyak kecoa, pengap, AC nyala tapi tidak berfungsi, bau apek, TV tidak berfungsi, apalagi kamar mandi kotor banget & berjamur, baru check in langsung check out aja, sangat tidak nyaman dan sangat tidak recommend, skip. Semoga semuanya bisa diperbaiki, meskipun murah paling tidak kebersihan diutamakan dan diperhatikan.

SEVERE, the room has a lot of cockroaches, the room smells damp, smells musty, the air conditioner is hot, there is no trash can, no towels, no tissue. Worse, don't ever come here. I only took 15 minutes and then checked out again.

Smelly room, it is very dirty.

Saya booking untuk saudara saya dan saya, karena dirumah sedang ramai. Kemudian, saudara saya atas nama Elang yang check in karena saya sedang kerja. Saudara menyampaikan bahwa mesti tanda tangan surat pernyataan tidak bisa pindah kamar dan ac kurang tidak dingin. Akhirnya saya bilang, Ya sudah keluar saja, cari OYO yang lain. Tapi saudara saya bilang, "kami kesini saja dulu, lihat kamarnya". Akhirnya saya ijin pulang cepat, dan lihat kondisinya. Ternyata parah banget, bolong temboknya, AC nya kurang dingin tapi lumayan dingin. Sepertinya atapnya bocor dan pengap tidak ada udara. Akhirnya kita coba sampai malam gimana kondisinya. Ternyata hujan besar dan benar dong atapnya bocor. Selain itu, kenapa lama kelamaan panas ya udaranya? Akhirnya saya putuskan cari penginapan lain. Akhirnya kamar di OYO 799 ini saya biarkan, karena saudara saya tanda tangan surat pernyataannya. Biarinlah ke buang uang segitu, daripada tidur kepanasan dan tidak bisa bernapas lagi nanti, mending pindah. 1. Panas. 2. Pengap. 3. Kamar rusak. 4. Bocor. Intinya, tolong dong di perhatikan penginapan di OYO. Diseleksi baik-baik. Jangan kamar yang jelek dijual. Terus punya kebijakan sendiri lagi. Kalau kamar jelek, ganti yang bagus, minimal layak untuk ditidurin. Beberapa kali saya pesan di aplikasi hotel OYO, banyak yang tidak bagus. Tapi karena terdekat rumah OYO, jadi pesan via aplikasi. Saya di Karawaci sudah punya langganan hotel lain bisa dibilang hampir tiap minggu jika ke toko saya di Karawaci, sampai pegawainya kenal saya dan ga perlu minta KTP lagi. Kenapa saya nginep di OYO or hotel lain, karena kalau ngontrak sayang uangnya dan mesti bersih-bersih kamar lagi karena ditinggal sebulan, karena kalau saya tugas luar kota bisa-bisa sebulan 1 kali saja ke Karawaci. Tolong diperbaikan untuk pengawasan hotel. Tapi saya sudah komplain ke hotelnya langsung waktu itu. Terima Kasih.

Maybe because it's cheap. But it's better to add a little more budget, you've got decent lodging. Here, the place is scary and shabby, the air conditioner is not cold, the place is hard to find too, hide and seek.

The heat of the A/C smells musty. Kaya has never been cared for and given me a boarding house. If the inn is sorry to stay.

The ceiling has holes, it's really horror, the room is also dim, the lights are not like the picture, the air conditioner is not cold at all :(. There is no complementary drinking water, and toiletries like other OYO. Because when you enter, you immediately book another hotel and order gocar 10 minutes later unplug from this OYO.

No tv is on! DISAPPOINTED. Hot ac. No towels given. Smelly room. DIRTY. Here only 15 minutes I immediately checked out.
