I don't know whose fault this is, but when I checked in I was asked to add money.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked to charge 3 times the amount stated in the OTP, without any prior notification.

Prices vary by application, more expensive.

First to the reception without asking for identity and all sorts. Instead, they extorted money 3 times the price in the application. If you want to get a lot of customers, improve the quality, not through fraud. Set the price in the application cheap, when you get to the location, they ask you to pay money. Check the Google Map review. Many people complain about the same thing.
