Hotel room cleanliness is very poor

Hotel staff should welcome and escort guests to the room. Before the room is used, it is better to clean the corners first and add air freshener before guests enter the room.

When you first enter, you are greeted with an empty lobby with no receptionist on standby. After waiting for a few minutes, the receptionist came, her appearance was not neat and she was grinning, lacked manners & seemed to not understand hospitality. The condition of the room was okay, quite clean, but no towels, welcome drink & toiletries. The bathroom was good, the water heater was also good, but the toilet flush button was stuck, I dismantled & fixed it myself, and there were no toiletries. The AC was not cold enough, and the sound was noisy like a diesel engine. There was a TV but not a smart TV, and there were only 3 channels available. The wifi was really bad, I stayed here for 2 days, I could only use the wifi for a few hours after checking in, the rest of the time the wifi could not be used. There are swimming pool facilities but if you want to swim there is an additional fee.

Reception 1 is not friendly, the clothes look like people are not working, the service is also curt, not on standby, apart from that, all the security staff and officers are friendly, it is clean and the AC is cold, the hot water doesn't work even though you have been waiting for a long time.

The location is a bit far from the center of Pacet, but the rooms are clean, fragrant, comfortable, have beautiful views, and the atmosphere is very calm.

The bathroom was dirty as if it had not been cleaned, there was a dirty mat under the bathroom floor left unclaimed, ordered a double bed room but was given a twin bed. Only one towel was provided, no toothbrush so if anyone wants to stay here it is better to bring their own toiletries. It's better to check the reviews of this hotel on Google review first & think again about staying here. Starting from the unprofessional receptionist. There was a guest who came and played with his cellphone while laughing and I called him 3 times but he answered yes, wait a minute. Then he was given the room key and told me to go up to the 3rd floor and continue playing with my cellphone 😢. When I arrived at the room, I was shocked to find a super dirty room, the sheets were full of gecko shit and the bathroom tap was leaking until it flooded. As a result, I asked to move rooms and after I opened the second room, the conditions were still the same. The sheets had not been changed and there was a lot of old hair. The floor was super dirty & the walls were full of our animals. I wanted to file a complaint but my husband decided to clean our hotel room himself. Yes, the guest cleans the room he booked. Isn't it sad? The staff just sat there when my husband asked for a broom and a sheet cleaner. While watching my husband clean our room. The bathroom also had used shampoo sachets & hair that clogged the drain. The AC & TV remote was broken so we were forced to sleep in the heat and open the window all day. Do you know what was worse on the second day of our stay? The toilet flush is broken! Luckily there is still a bidet so we flush it manually.
