The hotel is located in a very strategic location, close to the main station of Bandung city, Pasar Baru shopping center, Bandung square, the famous Braga street, culinary center, souvenirs and Chinatown area in the flower city. The staff is very friendly in helping with the check-in process. Soundproofing, room cleanliness, surrounding atmosphere and tea and coffee making facilities are added in the room.

I ordered a double bed but was given a twin bed... the TV had no sound... the food was not recommended at all, even though it was for a city in the capital, it was very disappointing, the fried rice was mushy, the fruit was not fresh, the porridge was not clear, the nuts were hard like raw.... there was no choice.... hmmm NOT up to expectations

Its an old hotel which integrated with shopping plaza at pasar baru. The room is quiet comfy and huge one. But one to notice, management need to pay carefully attention to the occupant that ignore the no smoking directive, its literally irtitate other customer. But it is a strategical hotel which close to pasar baru for shopping.

Ask for a clear explanation on the app for a smoking room, you have to ask for more information when checking in, ask for a king size or 1 bed, they gave you both twin beds, my first and last stay here. The positive thing is that there are many culinary places below

overall, it's ok
as a suggestion only. we stayed with a child who is already 13 years old, and in my application my order was for 2 adults and 1 child along with the age of the child I listed. and the room price is also different if you book for 2 adults, with the addition of 1 child. unfortunately my child has to pay for additional breakfast. even though the price of 2 adults with 1 child is more expensive than just 2 adults. sorry Pasar Baru Hotel management.
I have stayed at several hotels in Lembang and Bandung, all of them can be dispensed with, especially for staying 2 nights.
try my input, be considered for guests to return to Pasar Baru Hotel....
