The atmosphere when we first arrived was so scary that we couldn't sleep at night. For the staff, please, if the room has been booked at night, it means someone is there, don't just open the door, make sure it's locked. At least keep it clean and repaint it to attract customers. Thank you in advance

Never book this hotel, it is not maintained, dirty, the bathroom is outside and dirty, no refund. Hopefully the management will be given a fair reward

It's true that once you have the experience of staying in this very bad place. The bathroom is very inadequate as if the house had not been inhabited for a long time. It's actually better to just look for Oyo.

The location is ok, right on the side of the road and not far from Ciwidey, so the inn keeper is also friendly, but minus the location, oh my god 😩.

The hotel staff were actually kind and helpful, however the condition of the hotel is really unacceptable. They didn't give the clear photos of the room that I booked. When I got there, I swear it was filthy. Then they moved me to upper floor, with the bathroom outside, but the water is dirty, no hot water, and the bathroom stinks. With the price I paid in this remote area, I can get a better hotel in the city.

Shortcomings of the hotel 1. Poorly maintained rooms. 2. the size of the bucket is very small. 3. tap water is very small. 4. change when buying food is not given as much as 20 thousand by the owner of the inn. Pros: 1. Friendly parking attendant, ready to help. 2. good staff.

The location of the main roadside for the condition of the room is less clean, electricity often goes out for a long period of time making it difficult to charge the cellphone and cannot watch TV outside the bathroom and very hot water.
