The staff were friendly. A wide variety of breakfast menus were available. There were some spelling errors in the English, which looked unprofessional to me as this is a four-star hotel.

Great hotel, stay here 3 years ago, and never let me down until now, Great place to stay, got the live music every night at the rooftop, the spa was amazing, nice room, very clean and they gave welcome drink too. Thank you very much Platinum Hotel Balikpapan, see you again.
