The staff are all friendly...especially the one named Ms. Anggi...I stayed there for 1 week. My room has direct access to the pool...it feels like I'm at home...comfortable...😁😁😁..the food is delicious, there are many variations...the room is clean and fragrant...it's just that the access is a bit deep...and you have to pay to enter the area...we were stopped on the way into the location.

Second time staying at Platinum Jimbaran.
The location is right in front of Kedonganan Beach where the Jimbaran seafood restaurant is located, and close to the airport.
Many thanks to the staff who have helped us a lot, especially by accommodating our desire to get a good view from the room and the staff have tried so that we and our children can be on the same floor. Thank you also for the friendliness, welcome and assistance from the staff at Platinum Jimbaran.
My only suggestion is in terms of breakfast at the restaurant so that it can be increased in variety. We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days, but the breakfast menu that we saw was only the same every day. Please provide a menu with beef or other meat besides chicken, as well as a fish/seafood menu so that it doesn't feel boring for guests who stay more than 2 nights.

Positive: the location is very close to the airport. Negative: The quality of human resources is very low and only uses a smile. The staff needs a lot of training and improvement, they can't differentiate between a freezer and a refrigerator, when told they are stubborn and defensive. His name is Rio, super bad attitude 👎🏿. The receptionist is the same, already queuing to check in. In fact, I was the first to be served because he was a foreigner.

I happened to get room 808, the annoying thing was the sound of the generator that could be heard all night, everything else was okay, Friendly service from check in to checkout, clean lobby and pleasant design, comfortable to stay. If I go to Bali again, I want to stay there again as long as the room rate is still the same.

My stay at Platinum Jimbaran Beach in Bali was fantastic. The hotel, located right by the sea and beach, had spacious, stylish rooms with amazing ocean views. Amenities like the infinity pool, spa, and gym were top-notch. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet and meals at the restaurant. The staff was incredibly hospitable and attentive.
