The hotel has a Balinese-Javanese feel, overall okay, no problems. However, because this is an old hotel from the 1970s, it cannot be compared to current hotels. The hotel is comfortable, not noisy around it and the staff are also friendly.
Access to the city of Yogyakarta and several landmarks is also close.

The hotel is beautiful, natural, clean ... the Javanese Balinese nuance is thick, because it is not high season so it is not so crowded ... comfortable, cool, breakfast is delivered to the room according to the package choice, so for those who are lazy to wake up early like me, this is really helpful xixixi. Very old hotel. The room is spacious. It has a bathtub. The water heater isn't too good, so that's something to sacrifice. Great accessibility, not having to go through traffic jams. Even though it's a bit far from Malioboro. The food is also standard, so I'd recommend booking without breakfast. A mini market is near and good accessibility also for food deliveries. The AC is cool and the TV works.

Always like staying here, besides the strategic location to go anywhere, also the accommodation is comfortable and clean. Everyone who works at this hotel is also friendly. Never tried the food..but it seems like there is none..because there is no food menu in the room.

don't book thru traveloka if you want early check-in or late check-out, they'll charge you 200k IDR extra
booked 2 rooms, 1 bathroom was fine but the other one had leakage everywhere from the basin to the shower head
nice ambience hotel but NOT WELL MAINTAINED & few people are there

a bit complicated during check-in, initially the order under my name was not registered, even though I had ordered it days ago & there was also proof of purchase from traveloka on gmail. I ordered a superior room type with 2 single beds, but the receptionist said there was only a room type with 1 bed left. And even worse, when I returned to the hotel after going outside to pick up my stuff (at 11.15) there was already a housekeeper cleaning it, obviously my stuff was still in the room & it hadn't passed the check-out time either (12.00 for checkout). And in my opinion the hotel and the inside of the room were very dimly lit. \ n 28/29dec.

First time staying at Puri Artha Hotel, the place is nice, Javanese and Balinese nuances, there are 2 buildings opposite each other but unfortunately the building opposite is still closed due to the pandemic yesterday, the rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pool is clean, the service is very good, the staff are friendly, the staff are all senior but MasyaAllah the service is very good .. Maybe only the breakfast menu is not varied and too little for the menu .. but the rest is really good .. I really feel at home staying here ... Next time I go to Yogyakarta, I will stay here again.
