Dear Mr. Danang Widanarto, We, the hotel, are confused about what you mean by arrogant, where? Because all activities are recorded on CCTV, there is CCTV evidence, right, sir. When we wanted to register, and asked to leave a deposit, it was clearly written in the hotel description, you strongly refused, we asked for identification with a photo, it was also clearly written in the hotel description, but you accused the hotel of pinjol (online loans). This is too much, sir, the insult and arrogance is actually you yourself, or do you really have online loans, sir? Don't accuse and sorry to involve us. We from the hotel do not have pinjol and do not want to be involved in pinjol, God forbid.

It's very uncomfortable to stay in this hotel, like a haunted house. Most of the rules Even the bed sheets are not allowed to be stained. And it's expensive. The service is very bad. I'm fed up.

And we do not charge fines, even though there are many NIDA, there are grease stains and blood stains. As far as the room price is expensive, this rental price is only IDR 200 thousand, Sis. The AC remote was not given. The AC was broken until we moved rooms. The TV didn't work. The shower had a small water flow. The key had to be left when going out. There was a deposit of 200 thousand, then it was suddenly cut after being suspected of sleeping with three people. Even though the child only picked up. Although in the end the deposit was returned.

Max occupancy 2 persons/room, and additional charges will be applied if the room capacity is exceeded. Even for 3 adults, we only charge IDR 30,000, but you object. Indeed, you stayed for 2 nights, from the first night until the next day. The condition of the AC was fine, but entering the 2nd night, suddenly the AC broke, we don't know. What did you do in the room, because you checked out very early in the morning. After being checked. Our in-door AC technician caught fire, you need to know, the repair cost is many times more than what you paid us. After all, we didn't charge, because the excess occupancy of 30 thousand was already a fuss. Actually, everything is already in the registration book and in the hotel description, make it a habit to read and study. Before commenting.

Sorry, actually for the location is very strategic, for the comfort in the room is also sufficient, but there are several points that might be considered and improved: 1. Regarding the AC remote, it would be better if each room is provided because yesterday I had to call the officer to turn on the AC, which of course besides being complicated, can interfere with the privacy of the customer. 2. I don't know whether this is a semi-outdoor concept or not, but the sound of guests in the upper room is very disturbing and can be heard up to the lower room, maybe it can be reconsidered regarding the building concept. 3. Be more prepared in the availability of facilities, such as a television that can't be turned on, but thank God the fastresp owner immediately replaced it with a breakfast service. Maybe that's all, hopefully it can help in the development of the hotel, always be successful 👍.

Dear Mr. Abrx, Regarding remotes, I'm sorry, this is the standard rule, guests cannot bring them, because almost all of the in doors end up being damaged, and many remotes are lost. Once we set up millions of funds that had to be spent, (guests only pay 200 thousand) Yes, the concept is to have a small garden behind the room, so there is no bathroom door. Facing into the room, apart from for ventilation and lighting. Sorry for the television, because the antenna was struck by lightning, right on Eid al-Fitr, so. Untuk kelas budget Hotel, Hotel ini sangat istimewa buat saya. Kamar Bersih, Bebas debu, bebas Asap Rokok, yang ga nyangka di serve Coffee dan Roti di Pagi Hari (padahl pesannya tanpa breakfast). Pelayanan Owner dan Staff super. Notes, saya c/i late, dateng subuh, ditungguin loh, disambut ketika dateng bilang, kamar sudah ready. Berasa spesial. Pasti akan kemari lagi.

Kamar bersih, toilet bersih, ac dingin. Karyawan ramah, pemilik ramah, oh ya dapat gratis sarapan (di aplikasi tidak include). Mungkin sekedar masukan space kaca menuju toilet mungkin diisi gorden. 😁.

The room was okay, only when the AC was turned on, the staff took the remote. That's what the impression is like. If you want to reduce it, you can't increase the temperature either. So, if it's cold at night, you can't raise the temperature.

From the beginning of checking in at the reception, I was greeted with unfriendliness in a tone that was a bit irritated and bitchy, after that I was clearly explained and told to read the rules at the hotel which in my opinion don't need to be explained, everyone already knows how to check in at hotel, feels like you are in a boarding house where the landlady is grumpy. The facilities are okay, but in my opinion the service is not friendly and polite.

In reality, you order 1 room filled with 4 adults and 1 teenager. All hotels have rules and it is stated that you book 1 room for 2 people. Are you cursing the hotel? This is the first time I found a hotel where the remote AC was brought back by the staff. So when we checked in we were taken to our room, the AC was turned on, the AC remote was brought back on the grounds that it would be damaged. We went out to get something to eat, the room key was held. Is this a hotel or boarding house? What is the owner's reason for losing the key card? My valuables are in that room, what if I lose them? 200 thousand deposit, KTP also detained. Strange. I don't really recommend it.
