a bit creepy because the building is old. but for the facilities are quite complete such as AC works well, Water Heater (must ask the hotel staff to turn it on), close to Kajoetangan Heritage and Kajoetangan tourism. just walk 5 minutes to Malang train station

The guards are friendly, they can help at bedtime hehe

Great place to stay as it is in the city center.

Overall it's okay, the receptionist is friendly, the other staff are also nice, if I ask for help they help me straight away.

the hotel is scary, asked to move rooms because the first room's door couldn't be locked the second room was not only scary but also dirty, there were several cockroaches in the bathroom, the sheets and pillows looked like they hadn't been washed couldn't take it anymore, so I moved hotels

This is a highly recommended accommodation, even though the building is old, the rooms are nice and spacious enough for a price of less than 200 RB. There is a bathtub and also hot water, it's the best.

Tidak sesuai dengan foto, tidak ada sabun, handuk hanya dapat 1. Air panas tidak fungsi.

Receptionist ramah. Kamar OK luas dan Ada bathtub nya. 😊 tapi ac mati 😬 tolong lebih di perhatikan ya. Demi kenyamanan tamu.

Temptnya enak, dekt alun-alun. Hanya lampu yang kurang terang, wc lntai licin tapi ga semua wc lntai licin. Karena pindah-pindah kamar. Begitu juga dengan Ac kalo zonk ya ga dingin. Tapi dengan harga segt lumyn murah.

Hotel horror banyak makhluk halus.

Lainnya ok, airnya sedikit buat mandi, sering dapat kamar tetap, padahal pengen coba kamar yang lain.

Karena kita pendatang jadi ga tau lokasi. Tapi pas nyampe bagus aja kok dan memang ini hotel lama yah karena memang kalau tamunya yang penakut emang agak ngeri rasanya karena sunyi dan penerangan memang bukan seperti hotel-hotel tingkat hanya saja saya sangat menikmati apalagi kamarnya juga luas. Kamar mandi juga besar tapi pas hari ke dua nginap mau check-out subuh ehh air panasnya ga hidup jadi ga mandi karena dingin😀 dan kebersihan ditingkatkan lagi yah karena waktu saya datang pertama itu pas meeting sepertinya dan saya liat karyawan banyak jadi bisa lah lebih dibersihkan lagi yah kamar dan kamar mandinya. Ada sopir yang antar kami ke hotel katanya itu hotel angker dan seram sering ada yang liat-liat aneh. Tapi di sini saya berikan komentar itu tidak ada yah jadi kembali didiri kita yang punya agama dan kepercayaan. Saya tidur nyenyak tanpa gangguan dan makasih karena semuanya dilayani dengan baik.

The hotel is not comfortable, it's dark around. The AC is not cold, the bathroom has cockroaches😭. Even though I only had a ride for 5 hours, I checked out at 00.30 to continue my journey.
