The staff is careless in serving guests and not helpful at all. Even though I was there for 3 nights. Busy with cellphones, Serving guests still wearing a bath towel on their heads. The reception guard post is only for playing with cellphones. When there is a reservation, they don't know anything so the guest is ignored. Even though the place is nice and comfortable.

The TV is not working. The spray and bed are dirty. Maybe it could be checked again and the staff is very unfriendly.

There is no staff on standby 24 hours. The room is a bit dirty and dusty. As if it is not maintained or cleaned regularly.
