I had the most amazing experience ever while staying here. So, I booked for a regular room and requested for a main road view. Turned out the room that I booked didn’t have a main road view. But the receptionist was really helpful. She upgraded my room into a better and bigger room with the main road view without paying any additional fee. I also asked them to find the nearest clinic and they were super helpful. But the thing that I wasn’t really happy about was you can’t take your own breakfast. They do it for you. But overall, it was wonderful to have stayed here. This is the best experience ever. I really recommend you guys to stay here. You won’t regret it.

I paid for the hotel at a fairly expensive price but the cleanliness is not in line with the payment, the mattress is still blood left and the pillow is also not replaced, so I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness again

The ZHM Premiere (d/h Grand Zuri) Padang
I had a wonderful stay! The Front Office staff were very friendly, especially Irfan Hadi, who provided excellent service. The food was absolutely delicious, with standout dishes like Sop Janda, Itiak Lado Ijo, and Sate Maranggi. I highly recommend this hotel for both its hospitality and cuisine.
