booked a room for a friend, and the impression was a bit disappointed with the facilities in the room, the bathroom had no glass partition door, wanted to ask to move rooms but was not given a reason that it was already in use, even though we had to wait for confirmation for ±30 minutes, only used for urinating, our experience in other hotels with the same price, if the room is indeed uncomfortable, if you want to move, you are given one, because the room is not good, but maybe the hotel policy is different, then because there is no door when taking a shower the floor becomes muddy, the employee said "there is a doormat" he answered very lightly to the guest, even though he ordered a deluxe room, how about a superior room? The room facilities are like cheap hotel rooms, only 1 towel is given, 1 sandal, even though there are 2 guests, there is no table, the soap dish is pressed once and immediately pulled out of its place. The breakfast food is okay, they say it's delicious, what's disappointing is the room facilities which they say are not good.

As a Traveloka member, this is my 6th time staying at Rogers. Unfortunately, how many times have I been dissatisfied with the service, starting from check-in, room conditions to restaurant service. It should have been reviewed in writing, because it was submitted directly to the receptionist and apparently it was not recorded as input for improvement by the hotel. For example, I waited a long time when checking in, twice got the same room (Room 411) with a shower without a door, every time after showering the floor was wet. At breakfast, asked for an omelette without meat, only vegetables, asked 3 times until finished eating, the omelette never came. Even today, when I asked for 2 omelettes, I was surprised, the staff who delivered the omelettes said, one omelette first, if you want more, you can ask for more🤔 . . . I'm not a child and the type of person who is haphazard or hungry, everything is always based on need. . . While traveling and staying in hotels in Manado or outside the area, this is the first time I have had the "unique" experience of breakfast being arranged by hotel staff instead of being served. And at the same time, I saw at other tables a lot of food left on plates without the staff complaining when cleaning it. Isn't the key to the success of a service business in comfortable and satisfied customers? Hopefully this doesn't happen again. Thank you for your service🤭

A little story about this hotel, previously beyond expectations that this hotel is a 3-star, it turns out to be much better than its 3-star standard. Moreover, with the hotels around it that in terms of stars, it turns out to be no better than Roger. In the future, I will prefer and recommend this hotel if I visit Manado. The food at breakfast is really delicious. I suggest that guests who want to stay to also take breakfast, 😁

During previous stays, it was great, but the last time I stayed on December 25th, I got a room that seemed to have been rarely stayed in, there were sawdust on the floor, the soap had run out, the bed was dusty and the bath towels smelled like they had not been used for a long time.

I came to check in at 17:00, the room was not ready. I have been waiting for almost 1 hour, the room is still not ready. When asked, the receptionist was curt and did not want to answer. Finally, I decided to move hotels. Even though I had paid through Traveloka. Oh yeah, this hotel does not allow bringing food from outside to the room, it will be charged, strange. I don't want to stay here
