The cleanliness of the room was pretty clean but when I checked in the room smelled of cigarettes and it didn't go away even after being sprayed with air freshener. There should be a fine for guests who smoke in the room.

A comfortable place to rest. Beautiful atmosphere. The staff are also friendly. Clean rooms. Everything is perfect. Only the pillowcases are worn out and need to be updated. Thank you our home. Sometime you want to stay here again when you go to Jember 🥰.

I stayed here 3 days 2 nights for 2 rooms with family. Highly recommended for those who visit Jember. The place is clean, beautiful and affordable. Water is also smooth, warm water is available. Unfortunately, the wifi is really slow, so for those with WFA, it's recommended to bring your own portable wifi.

The water heater didn't work properly. Choices of breakfast are limited. The room is quite small with minimum toiletries.
