minus : stayed in a festive room type. the room decoration is very old-fashioned, the bathroom is poorly maintained and not clean, the bathtub looks like a fish pond 😅, the blanket has stains. the mountain view is covered by the hotel building. just try this hotel once. overall it is not comfortable for a staycation with family. there is no elevator (because it is only 2 floors) so the suitcases have to be lifted up the stairs, fortunately there is an officer who helps lift the suitcases to the room, but when going home I have to lift it myself. for the price it is quite expensive so with room facilities like that (I compare it with neighboring hotels that have much better facilities, but the price is the same)
plus : warm water swimming pool, there is a waterboom, breakfast is quite varied, the taste is quite good, there are gym facilities that can be used. friendly officers.

The only good thing about this hotel was the friendly staffs. Overall, this was an old establishment, which must have been good in its time, but with very little modern maintenance and upgrade. We went as a group, booked 4 rooms. Only 2 rooms have bathrooms with shower. 1 of the rooms were flooded with AC breakdown. The tiles were all stained and the window curtain was rather dusty. The rooms were very small compared to average rooms of similar price and class and the check-in process was very slow. The breakfast counter was outdoor, which is good, but had so many flies on the foods with little efforts to keep the flies away.

The warm water swimming pool and hot water are great for swimming all day long... Only the cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be paid more attention to, the first time I entered the bathroom, it smelled bad... Overall, it was a memorable holiday experience...

For the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom, the Meridian room type is very lacking, it needs to be cleaned more and if possible there is an additional shower. I was a bit disappointed with the room, at least for that price the room should be comfortable and clean.

This is the first time I entered a hotel and was greeted by a lot of flies as soon as I opened the room. But fortunately the hotel provided insect repellent at that time, it was just a bit uncomfortable because we were already in the room so we had to spray it and go out first. For food, there were many variations on the menu but the taste was a bit lacking. In the restaurant, there were lots of cats roaming around and climbing onto the guest tables, then many of the foods were covered in flies and there were no candles or insect fans as an effort to avoid fly contamination. The hot water pool was only a jacuzzi, but the water was too hot for children I think. For the atmosphere, it was very comfortable, the view was nice

With a fairly expensive price, the wifi should be good, but it's really slow, TV broadcasts are also limited and the picture is not good, the price of food is quite expensive but the taste is just so-so, hopefully the hotel can improve it to make it better.

It's been my umpteenth time staying at the Sabda Alam hotel and it's really satisfying, all the services, the friendliness of the staff, the complete facilities, especially the suggestions are responded to well, such as the timer in the sauna is running and the fish therapy pool is clean. Unfortunately, there are visitors at the table near the bakpao place who are not disciplined and are very disturbing because they smoke vape. Please pay attention to the officers and dare to reprimand them.
