The WC isn't clean, smelly. Overall the toilet isn't clean. The restaurant has very less choice. The restaurant at the Glamping site has better choice.

Very Bad experience, cleanlines is Very Bad specially Toilet, Bathroom, Bed Bug (almost all bed), Old Unit Suite (that have private swimming pool), No Maintenance at all, No coordination between Department (front office & FB) regarding Buffet For Sahur & Breakfast, The Staff seems un training at all-(Rude Staff) No apologize after giving some wrong info, this will be my 1st & last time staying in here. For everyone please think twice before staying in here.

The facilities are good, they have warm pool, with sauna and steam room, but the room is to old and quite dirty, and also the floor is from wallpaper so it would be slippery if you come in wet. But the service is good.
