The room look exactly like in the picture. Located in a great place. Right next to the train station so it's very convenient. The breakfast is nice. Definitely we will stay here again

Don't choose floor 5th because the AC outdoor is in the room, so noisy. The room not cleaning up, only if you request. But the resepsionist very helpfully, I get upgraded room.

Okay-ish, I was told it's one of the oldest hotel in Surabaya. The receptionist could be friendlier especially for greeting a newcomer customer.

We stayed for 2 nights there, it wasn't so bad, but need more improvement, everything looks old. The strategic location and friendly staffs that I love the most. Keep up the good work.
