first time staying here
overall ok for this price, clean + cold air conditioning + quite spacious room, there is also a place to hang out in front of the room, good access, very close to Brawijaya University
the most minus is the 3rd floor is dark, because it is quiet on the 3rd floor, so it still makes sense

Despite the staff friendliness and cooperation, it was unfortunate to experience dirty linen, wifi disconnected easily, mirror was left full of dirt and marks, and AC was not fully functioning well. Hopefully the team could improve this.

The towels are already black like doormats. The toilet is really dirty. There were no tissues or soap when we checked in, we had to call twice until the guy came to refill them. The service is not like a normal hotel because the guy was grinning to himself. I feel like I've stayed at SANS Surabaya and it wasn't this bad. This is more worthy of being called a motel than a hotel.

Found 2 cockroach in my room, bathroom is not clean as much, the ambience from outside is so noisy in the evening, hard to sleep because of it. Lastly, The AC is not cold enough even I set it to 16°. Need to maintenance once a week I think.

Good car valet facility, staff helped when wife was sick and couldn't climb stairs. 3rd floor given a change of room. 2nd floor, very dirty room from furniture, TV, stainless steel, bathroom not clean & smelly, thin towels are black, need to add F&B facilities to increase revenue even though there are many food stalls around the hotel, affordable prices, if improved from the room maintenance & cleanliness side, the price can go up a little as long as it is comfortable

More attention is paid to the cleanliness of the bathroom. Yesterday, the sink water when it was first turned on was still a bit black, so we had to turn it on continuously until it was clean. Then the shower flow was not optimal, so the water came out small

The service is okay, the bed in room 202 has mites so it itches all red, the AC is cold, there are many TV channels, when you take a shower the floor is slippery, the sink is clogged, the water in the shower comes out small. Hopefully they will pay more attention, admin!

When I checked and saw the contents of the room, it did not match the photos on Traveloka, because the room was very humid, a bit dirty, the AC was not cold, the TV remote was broken, the sink was very small and so on, I felt uncomfortable resting in the hotel room. The location is very strategic in the city center. Thx.
