I love the location, very close to beachwalk They upgraded my room into beach view room and this is the best view that i've ever got in Bali. Early check in and check out also available. Recommended for family.

I was very happy overall but on arriving we realised we had messed up the booking and arrived one day earlier than planned. The cost for one night was $ 470, more than $ 100 more than every other night. A rip-off.

Everything is good, I brought two daughters by myself, but I didn't feel any uncomfortable. The hotel staff gave good service and help. It is a great place to stay in Kuta. There 's a mall right down of the hotel, very convenient to shop.
