Staff friendly, room design is strange bathroom small and door obstructive

The problem is that room (4111) is really good at letting outside noise in. Planes come and go, crazy bikers on the road nearby, staff outside. And it all go on and on whole night.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at the Sheraton. The overall experience was excellent. The staff are some of the best we have encountered in all our hotel stays. Every member of staff we Interacted with was ultra professional, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. They are a credit to the Hotel and we cannot thank them enough. The hotel, although a number of years old, has been renovated very well and rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped. The pool area and grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was great and offered a large choice of quality options to suit most tastes. We also ate in the Daily Social Restaurant and the quality of the food and service were impeccable. On more than one occasion, in multiple areas, the service went above and beyond what we expected and we would highly recommend a stay at the Sheraton Bandara Soekarno Hatta. P. S. If you are an aviation enthusiast the proximity to the taxi ways at T3 offer an amazing view of the aircraft.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, I was really impressed. The hotel is very good, the location of the hotel is very strategic, close to the airport, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are wow, the food is delicious, suitable for families, or business trips and transit.

The hotel is nice, the room is clean, the staff is friendly. You won't be disappointed if you stay at this hotel, especially with your family, because the atmosphere is nice.

The location is pretty good. It's only a few minutes to the airport. There is a shuttle bus. The sanitation is relatively clean. It doesn't meet my standards, but it's OK in Indonesia. The price is very different from the same price in China. You can stay in a very good hotel for 1,000 yuan in China! ! But the service attitude is very good! !
