Akomodasi strategis, lumayan luas untuk harga tersebut (12 m2) tapi pelayanan dan kebersihan buruk: ruangan bau apek (minta pengharum ruangan iya-iya, tapi tidak diberikan), sprei + selimut terlihat bekas pakai / belum dicuci (untungnya kami bawa kasur lipat + selimut sendiri), kamar mandi/toilet kotor dan mengeluarkan aroma tidak sedap sampai keruang tidur, tidak ada shower (hanya ember + gayung yang agak kotor), pintu kamar mandi tidak ada selot/kunci (alhasil pintu toilet diganjal batu besar supaya bisa tertutup saat mandi/BAB), pintu lemari hanya sebelah (yang sebelah rusak, hanya disenderkan di dinding) tapi karena kami sudah sangat lelah karena dari subuh kami sudah dalam perjalanan dari Jakarta + menghadiri pemakaman adik yang meninggal, maka kami terima saja (tidak mengeluh / komplain), benar-benar hanya jual ruangan tidak layak pakai tanpa dapat apa-apa (air minum putih / mineral dan pagi hari tidak disediakan minuman air putih apalagi teh manis / kopi ).๐๐๐คจ๐๐

Sebagai pelanggan setia hotel Damai, kali ini sangat kecewa. TV semut doang, tanpa remote dan paling parah. Lampu kamar mandi mati, pas lapor, Mbak resepsionis seolah sudah tahu, katanya mau diganti, tapi sampai saya cek out tidak diganti. Males banget kalo ketemu resepsionis yang mbak-mbak. Paling tidak ramah dan semacam gak niat banget nanggapin tamu.

Kamar mandi kotor, airnya juga kotor keluar item-itemnya tempat sampah gak ada, selimut gak ada, handuk gak ada sabun juga gak ada tv bures kasur pada rusak pokoknya nyesel nginep lagi disitu. Untuk team receptionis dkk tolong fasilitas agak diperhatikan. Jangan karena harga murah fasilitas kaya kandang kambing.

The hotel is really dirty, smells rancid, when you enter the bathroom there are traces of menstruation, the slime is like in the photo, not recommended.

The service is not satisfactory, the reason is ordering a peaceful hotel via this application, so there is no drinking water, no towels, no soap dirty & smelly toilets. Even the trash can is not there, even though the hotel's writing says it is forbidden to litter at 6 am the music is really loud compared to neighboring hotels, all facilities are there even if you order via this application
