Friendly staff, comfortable hotel atmosphere, comfortable rooms, complete facilities, the area is quiet. But you can still use an online taxi. Very close to the campus. The restaurant closes a little later if possible, so if you hang out you'll be satisfied.

Friendly staff but minimal staff. Walk to the room by yourself. Winding road. Corridor full of puddles after rain and wind but no one cleans it up, wait until the next morning. Dirty toilet. There are many holes in the corners of the room. The good thing is the complete facilities, there is a swimming pool, there is a gym, there is a cafe, there is a laundry, the room faces the pool, very comfortable, just need to add cleaning staff.

Friendly Front Staff, but it seems like there is not enough staff, no one to accompany you to the room with a fairly confusing condition, winding quite like playing a maze. Yesterday when it rained, the corridor was flooded with water and no one cleaned it until the morning. At each entrance to the room group there is a glass door that must be used with a card key, it is safe but we are confused if we want to go anywhere, one of them, because there is only one key. The price is very friendly for all the complete facilities. The cleanliness of the room seems to be less well maintained, the toilet is dirty in the corners of the room there are many sawang. Overall it's nice, it just needs improvement in cleanliness because it seems like there is not enough OB.

For everything, it can be said to be good. The facilities are really good. Starting from the swimming pool, gym, basketball court, children's playground, everything is really well maintained, the place is indeed on the outskirts of the city but when we need a place to stay around there, this apartment is the right choice. We have no trouble eating because there is a food court with delicious food. There is a small supermarket downstairs. Complete in our opinion. It even crossed our mind to just staycation here. Because we feel comfortable 😄😄

Everything is comfortable. The hotel is nice, the lobby is luxurious, clean. The facilities are also complete. It's just that the spring mattress is already protruding. So it's not very comfortable. But so far so good. I like the atmosphere. Very cozy.

Looking for food is a bit far, friendly staff, just need an ID card or 100K deposit, slow wifi, bad TV channels that break up, no soap, bathroom needs repair, dirty room like rarely cleaned, rough and hard mattress feels like it's stuck to the springs, AC takes a long time to cool, atmosphere, gym, garden pool are okay

Sorry but it was really BAD, the AC didn't work at all. My child was cranky, just an hour after arriving we immediately moved hotels because my child was crying from the heat. The bathroom was slippery, the towels were never changed, there was nothing to make coffee/hot water, wanted to add on an extra bed but there was none. Some of the lights were out, there was no phone/access to the reception. Had to go down & walk a long way first. This is really the first time I've been disappointed with hotel service.
