FnB service really tip top. Never fail to serve us even when they were running with limited manpower (there is another event held on the side). Breakfast lady with a bright smile everyday. Thumbs up. Arrived hotel at 8PM which consider late, and room was not ready for check-in. Maybe they need time for last minute room decoration (husband special requested it but were informed earlier before the trip). A bit disappointment here, but the rest is fine. Booked a bath tub room and suprisingly it comes without a standing pipe 🚿. Turns out is hard, when you just wana take a quick shower. No hair dryer provided neither.

I just want to say: stay in svarga lombok with my little family was the best ever. Thanks to the staff who carry my luggage up to varda deck the highest deck in svarga, you did such a great job. Thanks to all the staff you are awsome. Once day I would like to come back to stay there again, this svarga is really recommended. Thanks for the excellent memories svarga!

Hotel room was convenient and room service was excellent. The lift was broken and we took stairs to the 5th floor. They provide porters to carry your luggage but it was inconvenient to see someone carry your luggage to the 5th floor by stairs. I hope the lift can be fixed immediately. Breakfast was tasty, but egg benedicts can be improved especially the hollandaise sauce. Overall, I had a good experience of staying in Svarga Hotel! Absolutely will be back!
