I have I pleasant stay in swissbell, room is so spacious, clean & comfortable. Breakfast with various variance, nice & fresh. Highly recommended to stay in swiss-bellhotel lampung. We’ll be back someday

4 Stars hotel but it doesn't have the minibar in the room, only"minibar storage"we got tricked. The swimming pool is small for 4stars hotel. The room is clean and nice, bed is comfy but the noise from next door was annoying when trying to sleep at night. The acces to go to the room in each floor can only be accessed via lift with the scan of the room card and only allow you to go to the floor where your room is located. It was very annoying as I booked 3 room and the hotel accommodate us in different floors. The breakfast has many variety, the dinner was expensive andthe taste is need to be improved.
