Good hotel for overnight stopover. Small things can be improved with housekeeping. Room shower head needs replacing. Pool is closed!

The staff was helpful. We missed somewhere to fill up our water bottles so we didn't need to buy new plastics. The bathrooms could have been better cleaned. We first stayed in a room where we woked up in the night because of the moskow. When we switched rooms it got much better. The location was great. Close to the markets. We loved Sorong!

Great hotel for transit to Raja Ampat. Bathroom in room very small, turn around and you get hit by door. Don't use transport outside hotel, they overcharge tourists and I don't understand why hotel management allows it. Just walk up the road and get app transport like grab. You will save a lot of money.

A VERY convenient stay. Strong wifi in the room, high-pressure hot shower, very clean room, very comfortable bed and accommodating staffs, and the breakfast starts at 5.30 which is amazing for people who have early check-out.

Staff was nice, but the air conditioner wasn't worked well, and the door locked only closed but the key wasn't work either. I don't get towel when I arrived too till I have to call the staff to get my towel e.
