It's really suitable to stay here, kids and family friendly, quite close to the zoo and other attractions in Lembang, but a bit far from the center of Bandung. The staff is very helpful. Complete facilities.

Staycation at the House Tour Up Hill Hotel was really fun. The location is right on the access road to Lembang and close to other tourist attractions, delicious food and a playground for children and a swimming pool with warm water were really fun in our vacation with family.

Cannot request decoration/greetings

First I got a less than okay room because the curtain was off, the bathroom was a bit dirty and some of the lights in the room were out. Asked to change rooms and got an okay room, but the lights were dim yellow because that was the concept (but I personally prefer bright ones), the weather was also really nice, cool - cold, the view in the hotel and its surroundings was nice. The most favorite was the hot water pool, my son was really happy to keep diving in the hot water pool, even though the weather was cold but he kept swimming :) the view was also really nice, it was really good for taking pictures. The food in the restaurant was delicious, the price was still okay. Just info for breakfast for children you have to pay. So far it's been fun staying at the uphill house tour. Suggestion for the uphill house tour> maybe they could put fly repellent on the table. Because when we had dinner there were flies, when we were fasting there were also flies on the table. It's a shame that the hotel + restaurant + service are all okay but if there are flies like this it reduces the value & cleanliness. Thank you.

The most complete hotel in Bandung (aesthetic, there is a playground, hot water pool, aesthetic restaurant, cool environment)

In my opinion, the price per night is too high for a MEDIUM ROOM because it is not comparable to the quality which is very far from an equivalent Star hotel. I wanted to reschedule but the hotel did not agree because it had to add another 400 thousand even though the reschedule was on the same weekend date & the reschedule was not in a high season atmosphere. This Uphil really beats a 5-star hotel, even a 5-star hotel if rescheduling to the same weekend is free, there is no additional cost unless the reschedule is to a high season, people will definitely understand & this booking can clearly be rescheduled. for the room it looks like it has been old and has not been cleaned & repaired regularly, the room is damp, there is no TV on YouTube, there is a lot of mold on the ceiling of the room. The cleanliness of the room is also very lacking, there are small animals like insects. There are ants on the bed, the pillow cases are also very dirty, the atmosphere is noisy because many outside guests who are not staying there use the playground facilities, my suggestion, can be renovated or repaired again or the price per night can be lowered. If the location is easy to find.

Choosing the standart room (which has no pic at all on the app), described as 1 bed yet there was 2 single bed. expecting a relaxing oriented atmosphere as a sweet short escape (as the hotel promised on the description) in contrary by the time we came there was a taekwondo event on the multipurpose room which invole a lot of people, mostly children and young adult accompanied with their parent, cos the event take a day long so while waiting all the atendee swarming into the hotel facility, including the pool and play ground, automatically hotel guest infant unwilling to use the facility, the worst part is their parent also smoking nearby the playground while waiting. the food was awesome tho..

Having a night vacation here is very comfortable, suitable for those who have children, they will definitely want to come back because the hotel also provides warm water in the pool, making it comfortable for the little ones to swim, and the food at the restaurant is delicious, and the breakfast is also varied. Unlocking my children core memories! They were so happy staying in this extra large room with pool view, literally in front of our room, there were two balconies at our room, one with pool view the other one with nature view, so refreshing! playground at the restaurant also very thoughtful, love it! Check in and check out process was great as well. Thank you and definitely will come back soon!

Not as good as the photos on Instagram. The hotel is aesthetic from the outside but the rooms are crap. Stayed on weekdays, initially got a room on the 3rd floor, very dirty, damp, horror, entered the door and immediately found a spider's nest. Complained, finally moved to the lower floor. When checking in, no staff helped carry luggage. Not recommended

The staff is super friendly and informative too. The room is quite spacious and very clean. Many play areas for children. The hotel and restaurant are instagrammable. Doing work until midnight in the restaurant is safe, because the receptionist is on standby 24 hours. Next time will stay here again.
