Unique experience with all the service hotel. Quick check in, but no explanation any available experience in the hotel (found out on the room brochure that there 's a movie kids time, but no further information at front desk). Please need to upgrade for guests security, the hotel not applicable for the key card designated floor/room (even that night someone knock out my room without any purpose). With all the experiences with the other hotel, quite wondering, for borrowing plates & cutlery. It charges (corkage). Why? Anyway, thank you the mirah Bogor.

I stayed for 2 nights here and the keycard often error. Its quite frustrating, since each night I need to go back to the receptionist, on the lobby (1st floor), then get back again to my room, on the 4th floor. Also the AC and hot shower takes a while before they could work properly. Overall the hotel seemed worn-out and in need of proper maintenance. The only thing I like from this Hotel is the food.

Been stayed at this hotel couple times for weekend staycation. The room and the breakfast menu is good. The location is near from botanical garden.
