I visited the hotel on Sunday night during Ramadan. They provided sahoor in a buffet setting although there were just a few visitors staying. The food variety wasn't as much as the regular breakfast they usually provide but the taste was good. As there were just a few visitors, the AC in the elevator was turned off. The hot water in the bathroom also was not hot enough. But the interior design, speed of check-in and check-out process, also staff friendliness was superb. Overall the staying experience was good.

I was really happy the first time I tried staying here, then our room was upgraded to a family room, so the bed was just right for 2 adults and 1 child 🥳🥳
The room was comfortable (325), the AC was super cold, the hot water was always on.. I had a great experience staying at The Mirah
The only drawback was the parking area 😁

The staff is very friendly and every day the room is cleaned and all the sheets, towels, mats etc are changed, the only suggestion is to replace the TV with a new one and also the room furniture (4 star hotel) otherwise it's okay

the exterior & interior is good, the only thing that ruin our experience was the bed, literally like its name "spring bed" we can't sleep cause we felt nothing soft surface only hard spring on my back. Btw our room number was 215 period 26-27 Jan, i hope the management replace the bed immediately.

Actually overall satisfied and the possibility of returning is quite large, but suggestions for the trash can please be covered with plastic again both in the bathroom and in the bedroom, plus the one in the bedroom please provide a lid for the trash can to be neater and prevent children from taking back the trash that has been thrown away. Same thing about ants, in the bathroom sink ants come at night and quite a lot. Hopefully this suggestion can be considered to increase comfort during your stay. Thank you

When checking in, I had requested facilities via the app to get a good view, but when checking in we were given one without a view. I was a bit emotional because maybe we were tired when we arrived at the hotel. But I immediately asked to change rooms to one with a view, finally the officer was alert and we were given a room facing the street view. And there was also a miscommunication between Customer Service and the Breakfast Officer. Cust. Service said that children aged 7 years and over would be charged 75,000 but the Breakfast Officer said that children aged 6 years and over would be charged 75,000. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable with very helpful staff. The hotel area is quite quiet and not too crowded. For rooms on the 2nd floor, you can often smell the aroma of cooking from the restaurant below. It might be disturbing for some people.
