2 nights stay at The One Hotel, thank God very satisfied, the bathroom is very clean, complete toiletries, hot water for bathing works very well, the mattress is good, clean sheets, clean bath towels, TV works well, the receptionist is very friendly

Location is okay, Room comfort is okay, Hot water is okay, Hotel staff is okay, Location is okay. Food is okay. The downside is the stairs are not wheelchair friendly, you have to lift the chair, luckily it's not high.

Room 306 was very hot. They said it had air conditioning, but it would have been better if there was a fan. So I couldn't sleep, the bed and mattress were soaked in sweat.

There is only 1 room key (access), so it's a hassle if someone is in the room, and 1 guest wants to leave the room and go back up to the room, they need to ask for help again at the reception, to access the room via the lift.
