Please make sure that the towels are fresh. What was provided was dry but smelly and not really white. The balcony was very small and facing the neighbors' backyard. Some areas at the very back in the hotel have leaking ceilings, and are not repaired or cleaned, making a bad impression of neglect.

Previously I often stayed here but this time I stayed here when I checked out I left a ring in the room, but when I called the hotel to check the room, the housekeeping said they didn't find the ring left behind. I was forced to let go of my ring that I left behind in the room.

The hotel location is good. But for the price, the room is so small, its not bad, but for the price, is really are small. They add 3rd bed even we don't ask and don't need it, so it makes the room more full. The balcone is really small. The breakfast is OK, but nothing special, just like standard 3 stars hotel. I'm not gonna stay again in here for that price

Every time I go to Bali, I always stay here the first time I come... the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, the location is strategic, the staff are friendly, the price is affordable even though the location is in Legian... basically the best

Legian area hotel, many cafe restaurants in the surrounding area. There is a children's and adult swimming pool. It's just that because it's during the Chinese New Year holiday, it's quite crowded during breakfast.

The hotel is close to the city center, but the room I stayed in at first was very smelly and damp. Then I was moved to a clean room but the room was small, and the food was not varied! I stayed here for 3 days, the dessert was the same every day. Terrible

I really like this hotel, this is the second time I have stayed. I like this hotel is clean, the room is clean and nice, I also like the swimming pool above can see the view. I also like the breakfast there are many choices. the service is friendly. besides that the area around there are many people selling makes it easy for me to find souvenirs. and the distance to Beachwalk is not far. The hotel was very nice and located in good spots for tourists and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, for some people might hard to find the room because it’s like a maze the inside. Overall it’s a nice hotel.

Want to swim, there are no towels in the swimming pool. The staff is also not there to ask. The room has a gloomy vibe. The staff at the deck restaurant is not very friendly. Impatient and their gazes are not friendly. Especially the girls.
