Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Spa is excellent. Food is more than average compared to similar hotel. The variety of choice is more, high quality and delicious. Room is big and comfortable. Feels like home. Hight recommended.

Feeling like going back home. The staffs are friendly, room is clean and neat, breakfast is yummy. Also, the complimentary of Malang snack in the room is an extra miles! Surely recommend this hotel and hope to be back soon.

If you're looking for hotel in the center of Malang City where you can explore many interesting site, cafes and restaurant in walking distance, this is perfect. Located right next to Cathedral, decorated with colonial-style architecture, it 's a comfortable place to stay. The food 's variety could need some improvement though. But overall, it was a nice stay.

A hotel with a thick Indo-Dutch atmosphere. The hotel area and rooms are very clean. Friendly service. Nice breakfast with lots of choices. Classy 5 star hotel. In the hotel area there is a gift shop, an Italian restaurant with a large selection of wines. Kopi Titik Koma. Walking a little can find lots of good restaurants and nearby is a Catholic Cathedral church. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

The hotel is absolutely not for everyone! By everyone I mean only people with the classic taste and got the love for art. I gotta stay staying here was magical - so loving the classic oriental interior not only in my room but everywhere. My eyes were spoiled by its beauty and peaceful ambiance. The breakfast was great as they offer me cappuccino instead of black coffee and the fresh orange juice I rarely got elsewhere.

Pricey, the room is not maintained well, and also the breakfast is not as 5 stars hotel standard. There are no selling points of this hotel. I think they must decrease the star status from 5 stars to 4 stars or three stars. Or they must over view and fixing all of the services.
