Friendly staff, dirty room, clogged sink, hot water not working when showering.

Exten continued to stay here for almost two months because I was waiting for the house to be built... the staff is friendly, the room is cleaned every day... there are lots of places to sit and relax outside the room... the facilities are complete, there is a hair dryer, refrigerator, and water heater... and what I like the most is that next to the hotel there is a complete supermarket... 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The shower water is not strong, I did not get warm/hot water for the shower during my stay. Only got 2 pillows with thin conditions. The room condition is quite clean, but like an old hotel there is no rejuvenation. LCD TV with local channels (not digital), with broadcast images that are not so good. Wifi network is not so smooth in the room. Breakfast service is quite good, by choosing a limited menu provided.

Okay, it's neat, good, the staff is friendly and basically it's okay to stay here and it's really okay because I had the first flight and checked out at 3.30 am and was helped by the staff. It's okay anyway

It's a shame that there are blood stains on the mattress and it looks like the blanket hasn't been washed. The towels also look very old, quite shabby. It would be nice if they were kept clean better.

Checked in last night at 23:00. Greeted by only security that knows nothing about hospitality. Not the best experience. Looks like hotel for those ladies service. There are loads of them. Bed linen has blood stain, no housekeeping to assist.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Once and the last will stay here…was not in expected when we open the room we found cockroaches most of facility was broke the white towel is not useable. Need to get new one. We have a troble with the light the staff was not friendly so sad

the staff didn't tell me the wifi. i always forgot about such things, which quite inconvenient since usually whenever I went to a hotel, the FO would always telling me about the wifi before I even ask about it. and assumed the wifi would be on the key card, which was not there. i think you should put out the room with breakfast options. it's quite inconvenient knowing about it at the FO. usually people choose that option cause they doesn't know where to go to get breakfast. you should be able to turn the breakfast options off until you have new vendors. and then you can put it on after you able to serve breakfast again. the toilet also, the shower head not really on their place (?). i mean, it's like not in good condition and made the bathroom quite messy and dangerous. since it got really slippery cause of the shower head. the water at the pool doesn't look nice. tho I was wishing to swim there. and decided not to since I'm not sure about it.

The location on Sunset Road is very strategic. Next to M-Mart, also close to Indomaret and several other places to eat. We got a pool access room, so it was great, we could swim anytime as long as the pool was open. The downside is that in the morning, the sound of children and people swimming is quite noisy and disturbs our rest because it can be heard into the room. There are some stains on the floor of the room near the entrance so it looks dirty when you first enter the room. The stains cannot be cleaned by just wiping or mopping. The hotel should pay attention to this cleanliness issue. The security is friendly and willing to help cross the car when making a U-turn in front of the hotel. Very helpful when the traffic in front of the hotel is crowded. There is a 100k deposit as a keycard guarantee, which can be taken back at checkout. Overall it is quite comfortable even though it is an old hotel, it just needs to pay more attention to cleanliness in detail.
