Bu Sari really humble and helpful, Volcania provides tissue, towel, and hot shower, but for soap and shampoo you can buy yourself at the minimarket (near), will definitely come back when go to kintamani again! Superb!

Best location if you plan to visit pinggan sunrise spot or batur mount trekking. Cool and cold place

The staffs is very nice and helpful. I was the only guest when I came here and it felt really exclusive. The weather also very nice.

I came late at 21h30 LT. Hotel was closed and no one in the Hotel. Very Bad.

Great hospitality. Hot water in a super freeze area. Room need a little repair when raining. Nice decoration. Nice location

The room look exactly the same with picture, comfy, unique and clean. Breakfast is good. The staff and owner so friendly. Will stay again😚

Nice place, hospitable staff, I got an upgrade room from standard to superior due the bath is open space and it was raining.
