The hotel's staff was okay and helpful but the building has been badly neglected in recent years and the price is not worth it.

Stay in this hotel is ok for everything services as cleanness etc but for non smoking room. I ordered a non smoking room few days before check in but the available room is actually for smoking or smell used cigarette.

I don't wanna say unsatisfying. It's not that bad, but I do have several complain regarding to the room condition. I booked 3 rooms and none of them in a good condition. One of the room had air cond that didn't work. One had broken toilet, and mine gave out very bad smell in all over the room. The service was good though.
