Order via online application is cheaper, nice room. Make a habit of reading and listening to what rules are allowed/not from the receptionist/information in the room. Don't be shy to ask. Maybe that's enough

We are traveling from New York for a short visit to see family and also stayed here last year. Unfortunately, this time, I was charged for a lost teaspoon that I didn't even use. On top of that, the front desk staff saw my son was upset while waiting for check out, which made the experience even more unpleasant.

Seeking profit from parents who pay extra for their children's breakfast, the ages are only 11 and 13 years old and are asked for the same additional fee as adults. 140 thousand x 2 = 280 thousand. This hotel is terrible.

The staff is quite friendly. But the check in and check out process is indeed longer. Experienced 2x every time check out asked to give 5 stars by the staff. For breakfast is varied, but I don't know why it doesn't suit the tongue. Found lettuce that was not washed cleanly too.
