What you expect from cheap hotel in red area. Smell of smoke. No towel when we arrived. The towel was in bad condition.

So bad. 1; The room is so dirty, there were insects on the floor (dead or alive). Even after changing rooms, the same thing happened. 2; The AC isn't even cold, it 's so uncomfortable inside. 3; After negotiating to just refund the 2nd night, and the hotel Operational Manager already confirmed it, they encouraged us to contact the app but the app contacted the hotel and they say they cannot refund. What is blasphemy is this. If the operational manager doesn't have the authority, just say so. The management is the worst. Not recommended at all. Can't believe this is a 3 star hotel.

Towels are late to be provided because the hotel got some issue with the laundry and there are no toiletries in the bathroom but it's good enough if you're here just to get some sleep.

Its not worth become their returning customer, I'm already stay at this hotel from a few years ago, but the last time the manager asking me & force me about depositing money (before they never do this) and they do argument with me. Are this how this hotel management treat your always returning client?

The room is clean and comfy though lack of amenities (the towels came late also). Also super lack of c19 protocols, only the receptionist wore mask, no sanitizers. If you're still uncomfortable traveling without c19 protocols, maybe you should stay at another hotel 👍.
