Lots of mosquitoes, dirty towels, swimming pool can't be used. Even though I stayed with my kids. Tempted by the cheap price because of the connecting room. But I could still sleep soundly. The staff is friendly.

Unlike the reviews I read, it turned out to be pretty good for that price, friendly staff, clean rooms, and clean bathrooms. The only downside is the wifi, so far. I'm satisfied with this hotel. Next time I go to Bandung, I'll come here again.

Got an upgraded room because the booked rooms were full, even though I had booked the room days or even months in advance. Got upgraded but the TV was broken, the AC was broken, the lighting was dim. If the maintenance was better, it would definitely be crowded.

The room is spacious, there is a bathtub, the staff is also friendly and helpful, even GoFood is delivered to the room, but the facilities can still be improved, such as the room lights are still not bright enough (too dark especially at night) and the plugs are limited.

musty room. bathroom smells like gutter. leaking toilet tap. no wifi. dead tv. chipped cup. blankets with holes in 2 different beds. electricity went out 4 times last night. raising prices 3 times from normal prices in peak season is not followed by professionalism. the words dbest hospitality used on staff shirts and on receipts (which are crumpled paper) should not just be words.

Worth the price! I have stayed here several times and I think it is worth the price. The room is clean, hot water is ok, for toothbrushes there is no one but you can ask the receptionist, the refrigerator works, and the towels smell good.

The staff were kind and accomodating. Room was quite spacious, but the bedcover and sheet were stained and had odour. Pillows were not in good condition. No paper towel provided, the towel smelled nice but kind of rough. Pool was green and cloudy. The shower was leaking. So many things could be improved.

Friendly staffs. Great connecting rooms, but only 1 TV worked. Huge space, huge fridge, huge pantry and great dining table. There s a bathtub, but the water was not hot enough. Please improve the lightings in the rooms (not bright enough). The ac is very loud, but we didn't need it as the weather was cold enough.
