Good looking and happy family.

- Service procedures know that are not good, if a guest has ordered a request via the application (Traveloka) and even confirmed it via telephone, the hotel should immediately make preparations, not wait for the guest to arrive.- It can be seen that the leaders/superiors or leaders of the hotel never carry out periodic or random inspections for the quality of room cleanliness, equipment function (TV, AC, etc.). When I entered, guests had to wait to be repaired or prepared.- Needs more detailed attention to the cleanliness of the room, bathroom (there are cockroaches & dirty closet).- The location is good, the actual building is also still good. There is just no concern from the hotel management or owner to maintain this hotel.- The management and owner didn't care, in the end I gave a rating of only 1.

1. Kamar mandi kotor. 2. Handuk sabun kosong harus diminta dulu. 3. Dapet kamar yang connecting room tapi parah banget gak dikunci dong, untung sadar dan langsungg lapor. Padahal di kamar tersebut ada customer yang lain kagak. 4. Berkali-kali listrik ngejepret pas complain malah ditanya nyalain teko listrik gak? Make hairdryer gak? Lagi ngecharge gak? Kebetulan lagi gak pake itu smua, dan aneh banget gak sih hotel tapi kita gak boleh pake itu semua karna daya gak kuat. 5. 3 hari 2 malam dengan kondisi sama ngejepret terus listriknya, bahkan pas mandi. Ternyata 1 aliran listrik sama kamar yang connecting itu, jadi kalo kamar sebelah make fasilitas hotel otomatis kamarku bakal ngejepret dan mati lagi. Aneh fix aneh banget. Tiap complain cm dijawab “iya memang listriknya gak kuat”. Emosi banget rasanya. 6. 3 hari 2 malam tidak ada fasilitas kamar dibersihin. Gak bakal lagi2 lah di sini aneh bgt fix.

I always book this hotel when visiting Bandung as my family stays nearby. I have stayed here about 5 times as my niece studied here and have no complaints about the hotel. However, during my recent stay, the room seemed run down with issues such as a shaking faucet handle, masking tape on the shower handle, and a small bed cover. The wifi also kept logging out and the noise from the car park ramp up was unbearable and kept me up all night. Despite changing rooms, the noise persisted and I had to check out and find another hotel nearby. Although there was no refund, I appreciate the comfortable stays in the past but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel anymore.

First Impression yg sangat baik oleh Kak Ben dan Tim Wood Hotel. Kamar tidur yg nyaman, kebetulan dapat akses yg bisa direct ke alfaexpress. Akses yg sangat strategis kalau mau ke dago atau lembang. Kolam renang juga bersih. Ada Sky garden juga.

The bathroom need urgent refurbishment as the furniture is badly damaged by the water from shower.

Please give attention for detail such as towel, shower broken,

Wifi perlu diperbaiki agar lebih lancar. Sisanya tidak ada masalah.
