There is no connectivity from the app to the hotel, even though my order includes breakfast, but they said there is no check-in at the hotel. Then I was only a few minutes late and I couldn't have breakfast!

The hotel has a waterpark for kids. Suitable for bringing kids for a staycation. Only the access to the elevator to the room is combined with the access to the waterpark, so the elevator floor is always wet and a bit annoying

Everything is great
My child is very happy there, full of toys, spacious room, big bed, astronaut lamp, TV in every room, Lego, especially the swimming pool in front of the door
However, there are a few shortcomings in the cleanliness of the floor of the room, the first time you enter the floor is sticky, maybe because it is close to the swimming pool, plus there are lots of flies that can enter the room because the floor is not clean
In addition, the toilet in room 101 smells very pungent from the waste and there is also no fragrance at all in the room, so the hotel room doesn't smell good at all
If you come here, choose one that is directly outside the room and the swimming pool, be prepared to hear the noise of children's screams playing in the water
If you are not comfortable with the noise, it is better to choose a room that is not in front of the swimming pool
The food has been prepared, you can't have it because the menu has been set
Hopefully it will be responded to well and get better again

The new hotel is clean and comfortable, the room is very spacious, I stayed in a family waterpark room type, in front of the room is the swimming pool. Only yesterday I was a little disappointed because I checked in and then entered the room, almost waiting 1.5 hours because it was really crowded for those who were staying. Hopefully in the future the management will be better, the rest is OK.

the staff is very helpful even though when I wanted to check in it was full there were also many guests who wanted to check in but all the staff were quick. it's just that the parking lot is limited, if you go out again and then come back at night you might not get a parking spot if the number of guests is also full (but the staff on duty for the parking lot are also quick to help)
overall for families who bring children this hotel is very comfortable.

so far yellwo bee hotel Okay really the staff are also friendly
For the check-in process is quite fast
The price is standard for the family room
The facilities are okay what's more in the room there are costumes for photos and every room is also very instagrammable basically the children are sad
The location is very strategic close to everywhere and very suitable for families,.
my suggestion for a swimming pool is added for the adults 🙏

Clean room, waterpark for kids happy, close to PGC, Kramat Jati Market, unfortunately the room is not soundproof, noise from outside is very audible and a bit disturbing. Friendly staff, can check in early but the room is ready at 3 pm, kids can play waterpark first while waiting for the room. Waterpark is open until 9 pm.
