AC tidak terasa dingin padahal sudah 17 derC. Desain lantai area shower sebaiknya diberi levelling supaya air tidak basah kemana-mana. Minimal dikasih tirai penutup atau pintu untuk area shower.

The hotel room was brand new, clean, comfy and proper! Breakfast buffet is also provided with multiple varieties of option available. Would greatly recommend for anyone visiting Gorontalo for the first time as it is located right in the city center.

A brand new hotel in Gorontalo. Everything is clean. The toiletries are complete. The breakfast is good enough but they need to make the restaurant more spacious. The service is also good.

All staff are friendly and very responsive; however, it would be better if the shower box is raised so that it doesn't flood the room when you shower.
