AC tidak terasa dingin padahal sudah 17 derC. Desain lantai area shower sebaiknya diberi levelling supaya air tidak basah kemana-mana. Minimal dikasih tirai penutup atau pintu untuk area shower.

The hotel room was brand new, clean, comfy and proper! Breakfast buffet is also provided with multiple varieties of option available. Would greatly recommend for anyone visiting Gorontalo for the first time as it is located right in the city center.

A brand new hotel in Gorontalo. Everything is clean. The toiletries are complete. The breakfast is good enough but they need to make the restaurant more spacious. The service is also good.

Friendly service, spacious rooms and always cleaned and replaced every furniture and equipment replaced with new ones. The hotel slippers are also different from the others. The facilities are also supportive, wifi is not slow, parking is also good, can have breakfast too, hehehe.

No complaints at all, friendly staff, clean rooms, strategic location, well-maintained hotel facilities. Still one of the best hotel choices in Gorontalo. Maybe the repair of the wifi network can be accelerated.
